I help people build lives they're proud of.

I grew up in Stratford, New Jersey, a small South Jersey town where I attended Sterling High School. At the time, I certainly did not have some perfectly mapped-out vision for where my life was going to take me. Like most people at that age, I was simply trying to figure out what came next.

After graduating from Sterling, I went to Rowan University. College was the next logical step, and after graduating, I entered the world of defense contracting, taking a job with L3.

For the next eight years, that was my career. I went to work, built a life, and did what I thought you were supposed to do. There was comfort in having a career and a steady paycheck. You work hard, do your job well, and assume that if you continue doing those things, there will always be a place for you.

Then I got laid off.

After eight years, the career I had built suddenly was not there anymore. Looking back, that moment became one of the most important turning points of my life. At the time, though, it did not feel like an opportunity. It felt like uncertainty. I had to figure out what I was going to do next.

That next chapter became real estate. I got into the business in 2012 without knowing just how dramatically that decision would change the trajectory of my life. I started selling homes and learning an entirely different kind of business. There was no guaranteed paycheck anymore. There was no company creating the path for me. If this was going to work, I had to create it myself.

Over the years, what began as a career change grew into something much bigger. I built a real estate business that has allowed me to help more than 1,000 families throughout South Jersey and participate in more than 1,500 home sales.

Eventually, though, my definition of success began to change. It became less about how many homes I could sell and more about how many people I could help move forward.

Today, I serve as the Operating Principal of the KWWT Family of Brokerages, helping lead an organization of nearly 500 real estate professionals. I serve as a Regional Technology Trainer for Keller Williams Greater Pennsylvania, working with agents and leaders throughout the region. And as a New Jersey real estate instructor, I created Business Elementary to help people take their first steps into an industry that completely changed my life.

Because I remember what it feels like to stand at the beginning of something and not know exactly where the road leads. I remember losing the career I thought I was going to have. I remember starting over. And I remember having to learn things I did not know, make mistakes I could not anticipate, and find my way forward one decision at a time.

That is probably the most important thing my journey has given me. Not a story about what I accomplished. A map.

Because somewhere right now, someone else is standing at the beginning of their own story. Maybe they are starting a career. Maybe they are starting over. Maybe they have already found some success but know they are capable of something more.

They do not need me to be the hero of their story. That is their job. My job is to use everything I have learned along the way to help them see what is possible, avoid a few of the mistakes I made, and find the confidence to take the next step.

I know what it feels like to need a path forward. Now I get to help other people find theirs.
